Overview:
The Office Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, and assist with general office duties to support a productive work environment.ยท
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and office printing work including operation of office equipment such as printer and other office equipment, filing of document such as report book / student PDF records etc.
- General cleaning of general office, sick bay and printing room.
- Preparation of art materials for art lessons and cleaning of art materials and art rooms.
- Attending to pupil in sick-bay and front desk as well as supporting school events/activities.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Specifications:
- Weekdays, Part-time. Either 7.30am to 12nn or 1pm to 5.30pm, depends on requirements.
