Job Description:
- Taking off material quantities from drawings.
- Pre and post contract management including costing, quotation preparation, progress claim submission, contractual and dispute management, variation order, invoice preparation and etc.
- Subcontractor management including quotation comparison, prepare subcontract contract documents, assess sub-contractor claim, variation order and final account.
- Procurement and Vendor sourcing including resource planning, order preparation, coordination and arrangement.
- Assist in incoming sales enquiries including tender preparation, summarize tender documents, costing and budgeting.
- Project revenue and profit estimation include budget monitoring.
- Coordinate project pre-construction authority approval including data collection, document preparation, submission and information distribution.
- Any adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or equivalent.
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- He/ She may need to visit sites as and when the situation requires.
- Able to communicate effectively bilingually due to job required to communicate with clients with Mandarin speaking.
- Willing to learn, meticulous and committed to accomplish deadlines.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri - 9am to 5.30pm
