Job Responsibilities
-Sourcing of clients in CMP sectors for their hiring needs on placement of foreign workers.
-Sourcing potential clients by cold calling, email marketing, social media marketing, etc…
-Actively engage new/existing clients by visiting them/ calling them, etc…
- Negotiating with clients on their requirements and providing company terms and able to close the deals
- Organising the biodata according to the company standard
-Screening of the candidates conducting interviews and proposing the suitable candidates to the client
Job Requirement
-Possessed CEI certificate (Basic) Certificate
- Experience in placement of foreign workers from India /Bangladesh/Myanmar will be advantage
-Computer literate
-Familiar with MOM rules and regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
-Able to work independently and in a team
