We are currently hiring .Net Core - Lead Developer to lead a team of 2 developers in in-house applications using .Net Core and Angular JS.
The Lead Developer (.NET Core) will oversee the development team responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining .NET Core applications. This role includes technical leadership, project management, and hands-on development. The Lead Developer will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and lead a team of two developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET Core applications.
- Manage and mentor a team of two developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards and best practices are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the team adheres to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
- Facilitate communication between developers and other departments.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Communication: Must act as the point of contact (POC) for the development team and liaise with stakeholders.
- Team Management: Responsible for team oversight and coordination.
- Coding: Expected to contribute to coding tasks (approximately 50% of the time).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mentoring: Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing systems using .NET Core. and 2 year of team leading experience
- Frontend Development: Minimum 1 year of experience with Angular JS or related frontend technology.
- Mobile Development: Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile development using Android Studio.
- Database Management: Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like JIRA.
- CI/CD: Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
Working hours:
- 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Singapore Time, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to address urgent issues outside of standard working hours when necessary.
- Work from Home / Hybrid Work Mode
