- Knowledge of Japanese language is essential.
- Preferably exposed to Japanese working environment.
- Oversee the review and upgradation of PMS in coordination with technical and quality assurance team.
- Oversee the rest hours management of on board staff in coordination with technical, operation and quality assurance team.
- Report abnormalities to QA head of department.
- Coordinating and arranging head-office briefing of master’s & chief engineers joining ships.
- Maintaining records of such briefing and taking part in ISO 9001:2015 IQA activities
