Flour Power is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Executive. In this role, you will support the daily operational activities of our bakery and training department. Responsibilities:
Bakery
· Assist in coordinating and monitoring the production process to meet quality standards
· Support the production and packing of bakes to ensure timely delivery of bakes
· Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including ingredients and equipment
· Participate in quality control, ensuring products meet quality standards
· Collaborate with diverse team members with various disabilities
· Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements
Training
· Handle the enrolment and documentation required for workshops
· Handle the trainer and workshop schedules
· Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, participant feedback, and other documentation
· Lead the setting up of venues and equipment for workshops
· Liaise with trainers to execute engaging workshops
· Work closely with trainers to create a positive and inclusive environment for learning
