We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join us on a 6-months contract (renewable) term. Our retail store is located at:

Requirements:
• Minimum ‘O’ Levels
• At least 2 years relevant experience in a retail / health care store
• Be able to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking customers
• Independent and good at connecting with people
• Working hours: 5.5 days work week from 10am – 7pm (off on Sundays and 1/2 weekday)
Responsibilities:
Customer Management:
- Provide good customer service and be able to recommend suitable health care products to our customers
- Increase overall store sales by active cross-selling and up-selling of products
Inventory Management:
- Ensure store shelves are well-stocked at all times by conducting regular stock-take and raise order requests accordingly
- Arrange for products near expiry/expired to be exchanged with suppliers
Point of Sale Management:
- Full responsibility of the cash and other payment modes received from customers
- Ensure cash receipts and cash floats tally daily
- All items sold are to be accurately entered into the Point-of-Sale system
