- 6 Working Days / Alternate Weekends off
- 8am - 530pm
Job Description:
- Leading the project team in the delivery of the construction project
- Managing the construction project activities, budget and resources in order to meet the construction timeline without compromising quality and safety
- Scheduling and providing appropriate plans for the construction project
- Liaising with and directing the works of sub-contractors employed on the project
- Conduct Testing and Commissioning on-site in presence of End-Users
Requirements:
- Singaporean / PR Only.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Construction Manager in condominium /mixed development projects
- Degree in Engineering or Construction related degree; Diploma in Engineering or Construction related fields with experience may apply.
- Background with Pump Systems preferred.
