· Providing the Management with administrative support and coordination

· Developing strong relationships with local and overseas clients

Responsible to create strong cross-functional teams and departments

· Analytical, conscientious and dependable

· Act as a liaison between the Company and Clients

· To learn relevant pricing skills in the course of work

· Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives

· Ensuring company is operating securely and effectively

· Preparing and reviewing operational reports

· Leading and/or participating in meetings

· Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports

· Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals

· Training administrative staff

· Delegating tasks to administrative assistants

· Creating and maintaining personnel folders for new hires

· Monitoring and projecting staffing needs

· Overseeing department budget planning and development

· Managing and maintaining all department databases and file management

· Responsible for preparation and maintenance of Documentation as needed

· Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed

· Ability to work under pressure and highly adaptable to changes

· Any other ad hoc projects which may be assigned
