On behalf of our client who is in chemical industry, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Providing tactic recommendations to the Managing Director
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Responsible for the internal control functioning well and the company’s operations being in full compliant with rules and regulations by the Singapore government
- Establishing and/or enhancing relationships with external parties and stakeholders
- Collaborating with HQ’s management team
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in accounting with proven leadership skills
- Singapore Chartered Accountant
- Familiar with IFRS
- Hands-on experience in SAP
- Understanding China's GAAP is an added advantage
- Integrity, teamwork spirit, and pro-active work attitude
- Good command of English and Mandarin
