Are you passionate about ensuring smooth product launches and managing changes throughout a product’s life cycle? We are seeking a detail-oriented Life Cycle Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional departments, monitor regulatory compliance, and drive successful product transitions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Implementation:Work closely with Quality Regulatory, M&ST, Purchasing, and Packaging Engineers to ensure timely implementation of product launch requests (PLR), existing product change requests (EPCRs), and artwork changes.
Align implementation with customer delivery dates.
- Define Cut-Over-Plan (COP):Collaborate with the Global Life Cycle Management team to establish COP for new product launches and artwork changes.
Strategize and communicate COP with stakeholders.
- Risk Management:Identify potential life cycle risks and develop contingency plans.
Minimize write-offs related to new artwork or COPs by collaborating with Procurement and Planner.
- Regulatory Alignment:Monitor regulatory plans to ensure alignment with new launches’ COP.
Assess volume impact in case of delays.
- Change Control:Manage creation and execution of Change Control processes for new product launches and other life cycle changes.
Report monthly performance metrics.
- SOP Compliance:Maintain and update applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a timely manner, ensuring global compliance.
Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Engineering).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in life cycle management or related roles preferred.
