Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Materials Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work with different departments to ensure materials are available for production orders and support new product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to ensure materials are ready for production.
- Issue purchase orders on time, resolve supplier issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep track of inventory, optimize stock levels, and reduce waste.
- Determine what materials to buy and when for new product launches.
- Assist with annual materials planning and budgeting.
- Track delivery times to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Work with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and align with procurement plans.
- Keep Standard Operating Procedures up to date and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to materials coordination.
Qualifications:
- Min Diploma /Degree
- Experience in materials coordination or supply chain management.
- Understanding of procurement and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with different teams.
- Familiarity with materials management software.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
