Project Overview:
A dynamic and challenging opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to spearhead the APAC regional sales team for our cutting-edge software solutions.
Key Components:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in the Asia Pacific region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Lead and coach the team to excel across the entire sales cycle, from building relationships to closing multi-million dollar deals.
- Foster a collaborative environment where the team takes ownership and drives success for strategic customers, including executives, line of business leaders, transformation leaders, and developer communities.
- Implement a data-driven, high-quality sales process that emphasizes deep customer understanding, effective qualification, strategic campaign execution, successful deal negotiation, and post-sale customer success enablement.
- Leverage modern digital selling tools and data analytics to map customer landscapes, identify new stakeholders, and build strategic plans to achieve sales goals through new customer acquisition and portfolio expansion.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including entering new markets and expanding the customer base in the region.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and products/services.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with new and existing clients.

- Strong and enduring relationships with key stakeholders across the customer organization, ensuring successful project implementations and long-term partnerships.
- Data-driven decision-making and a strong financial acumen in managing and optimizing regional sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the regional market dynamics and customer needs.
