Job Description:
- To lead and mentor a team of EHS personnel to ensure the company’s EHS strategy is implemented effectively and within budgets;
- Has good knowledge to develop/review, implement and maintain Safety Management Systems, to document WSH records and matters;
- Be responsible to drive programs and campaigns, posters;
- To provide advice and guidance in the aspect of EHS to projects;
- To plan, coordinate and conduct safety audits, EHS inspection and training;
- To achieve and manage all EHS KPIs and standards, ensure compliance with all authorities including MOM’s EHS statutory regulations, legal and other requirements;
- To monitor and evaluate the company’s overall EHS performance to identify potential risks and optimize incident occurrence;
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower (Singapore);
- Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH Act and Environment);
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant job role and industry;
- Good leadership, interpersonal and coordination skills;
