Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Your role:
- Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for operational excellence and organizational growth
- Collaborate with senior management to define operational priorities, allocate resources, and establish performance metrics and KPIs
- Conduct regular assessments of operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Streamline and standardize operational processes and workflows to increase productivity, reduce costs, and minimize errors and inefficiencies
- Implement best practices, standards, and policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across all operational activities
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements, optimize resource allocation, and achieve operational excellence
- Track progress against operational goals and objectives, making adjustments and course corrections as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Prior experience in the marketing field will be an advantage
- Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
