You will focus on offering specialised talent and project solutions expertise through a consultative and solutions-driven approach. Our successful applicant will have skills in the following key areas:
- Develop a pipeline of business leads through people networking, business development and presentations at client site.
- Manage client-candidate relationships to ensure a customer-focused yet effective recruitment process
- Build a candidate database by sourcing/interviewing/qualifying candidates for various open recruitment projects, job posts & referrals
- Provide professional insights and feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practice.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Prior work experience or interest in a Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Service function
- Ability to connect with and build relationships with various stakeholders and candidates
- Passionate about People environment, results driven & outgoing personality
- Work well independently and in a team environment and collaborative spirit
