As a Senior Human Resources Specialist with us, you'll play a crucial role in architecting change, driving progress, and maintaining the heartbeat of every workplace. You'll be responsible for a diverse range of HR talent functions, including LOA/contract preparation, salary proposal management, HR projects, and more. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to become a part of our default Awesome club members!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging orientation sessions and streamline onboarding processes to ensure new employees seamlessly integrate into the company.
- Manage offboarding procedures with attention to legal requirements and company policies.
- Develop and oversee our internship program, from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing support for interns.
- Evaluate and enhance the program for maximum effectiveness.
- Safeguard employee data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations like PDPA, GDPR, and others.
- Conduct regular audits and training sessions to promote awareness and compliance.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Around 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in onboarding/offboarding, internship program management, and data privacy compliance.
- Personable, diligent, and proactive attitude towards HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of data protection and privacy regulations.
