Job Description
Responsibilities include:
1. Discuss with clients regarding project scope, design concept, detailing etc.
2. Liaise with and meet client, consultant, project coordinator, contractor, supplier, building management team and other related teams on various stages of interior works.
3. Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, construction documentation, specifications, and detailing.
4. Assist in the submission of design, 3D rendered and technical drawings or documentation, including the preparation of material boards and presentation to clients or management teams.
5. Brief and discuss with all related teams on proposed design intents and finishes, including to follow up on the amendments of drawings.
6. Any other duties that is required for the company to function effectively and for the production of design standards.
Requirements include:
1. Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design / Architect.
2. Possess strong skills in design concepts, perspective, hand-sketch and knowledge on project management.
3. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience (preferred in Singapore)
4. Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, hardworking, creative, responsible, willing to learn, excellent interpersonal and possesses good communication skills.
5. Able to meet deadlines of multiple projects in fast paced environment.
6. Attention to detail and good knowledge in construction drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, Studio Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, Microsoft Office etc. Communication: English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and associates).
