Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of relevant entities’ financial statements including supporting the consolidation for group reporting;
- Collaborate with various parties to facilitate cost recovery exercise;
- Innovate workflow processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and group policies;
- Coordinate with various departments to prepare annual budget and financial forecasts;
- Provide financial support to various departments;
- Monitor and manage cash flow of relevant entities to ensure appropriate working capital needs;
- Effectively liaise with external auditors and manage the entire audit process;
- Prepare tax computation and ensure compliance with all applicable tax, including GST, withholding tax, corporate tax, transfer pricing guidelines;
- Liaise with banks to handle the relevant entities’ banking operations, account administration, etc.;
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with a Degree or ACCA qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax
- Strong Excel skills
- Team player with positive attitude
