Join OJC with our Leading Insurance Client as a Functional Business Analyst Lead (1 year full time rolling contract which will last at least 2 years or longer with attractive package), where you'll spearhead a dynamic team of analysts, bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution.
Reporting to the Central Team Business Design Lead, your role is pivotal in guiding our Finance division towards seamless operational excellence.
As the lead, you'll cultivate an environment conducive to both productivity and growth, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. With a keen eye for detail, you'll oversee requirements and activities across functions, ensuring alignment and addressing any gaps that may arise. Collaboration is key, as you'll interface with various teams to prioritize tasks and streamline workflows.
Your forte lies in deciphering Finance's business needs, translating them into comprehensive documents for our technical teams. Facilitating clarity sessions and close collaboration with developers, you'll ensure smooth implementation aligned with business objectives. Upholding quality standards, you'll work closely with the testing team to devise robust plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), meticulously tracking and resolving defects.
Constantly striving for improvement, you'll analyze problems and recommend innovative solutions while partnering with the Finance Process Improvement Lead to drive operational enhancements. Your leadership prowess will be instrumental in nurturing a high-performing team, infused with empathy and collaboration.
Ideally, you bring a wealth of experience in ERP solutions, particularly Oracle, coupled with a strong grasp of finance and accounting principles. Your track record of at least a decade in business analysis, including ERP implementation, is complemented by your knack for process improvement. Previous exposure to the insurance industry is a plus.
