Scope:
• Demonstrate exceptional enthusiasm by being the brand advocate that create a positive environment for a customer centric, fascinating and personalized WOW moments for our prospects, customers, enthusiast and business partners
• Offertailored needs assessments with personalized and emotional engagement through product/service presentation
• Deliver embracing customer consultation with the tailored sales process with great focus in explaining and guiding on the vehicle configuration, financial consultation, purchase journey
• Optimize the sales funnel and consistently update all customer data in our CRM to ensure all active digital and physical engagement are aligned across the team
• Be in control of the well-being and hospitality of all Experience Centre visitors and include the emotional elements to create brand excitement and build trust within the Customer Centric team
• Perform assignment allocation with guidance and supervision of the experts in the customer centric retail team
• Implement task monitoring mechanism that allows immediate follow up on all outstanding matters promptly with the team
• Deliver performance monitoring and reporting for the management
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years of working experience preferably in the Automotive/ Luxury Retail / Tech Sales/ Hospitality and Aviation Service
• A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication skills, customer oriented with passion and motivation for sales
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Proficient in MS office and ability to learn other systems for daily operations
• Required to perform shift work including weekdays evening and weekends (including PH)
