Scope:
- To work closely with Marketing Manager to cover all areas of Marketing, including advertising, PR, events, liaison with agencies on concept, creative production, etc.
- Responsible for content management and effective execution and updating of website, Group website, facebook and other social media platform.
- Assist in the planning, organize and execution of events and marketing campaigns according to approved marketing plan.
- Keep abreast with brand and market news and competitors' news.
- Responsible for proper filing, housekeeping and dissemination of production information to key persons within the organization.
- Assist in preparation and submission of ad hoc reports.
- Responsible for stock of marketing and promotional materials, ie. brochures and gifts.
- Day-to-day mailing and dissemination of direct mailers, via mails or electronic means, to prospects and customers.
- Preparation of letters, birthday gifts and other ad hoc materials to customers and prospects.
- Interact with all sales and after-sales team to understand challenges and opportunities.
- Responsible for updating of sales materials at the customer lounge and showrooms.
Requirements:
- Possess Marketing educational background, preferably Degree in Marketing
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated. Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Have some knowledge in html files
- Proficiency in online advertising and social media marketing will be an advantage.
