Our Client is a leader in the Manufacturing Construction industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Project Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities
- Possess expertise in smart building management and extra low voltage systems within the built environment sector.
- Oversee project deliverables at every phase, ensuring alignment with scope and technical specifications while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Supervise tasks, effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of every project aspect.
- Organize, guide, and motivate engineers, supervisors, and workers under your supervision.
- Ensure daily operations achieve productivity and quality goals, while complying with environmental, occupational health, and safety standards.
- Maintain safe custody, control, and maintenance of all equipment and special tools used by the department and manage project budget.
- Any ad-hoc duty as given
Requirement
- Min Degree in Electrical engineering or related field
- Min 5 years of experience in Smart Building related projects
- Strong and knowledgeable in BMS
- Project management certified will be added bonus
