Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain systems
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Configure and fine-tune systems
- Oversee design, implementation and management of new systems
- Conduct training to analysts in the usage and functionality of the systems
Requirements:
- Minimumly possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in SOC as a SOC engineer with hands-on experience in SIEMS and case management tools administration and management
- Familiar with SOC Process SOP
- Preferably with SANS 400 certified
