Serial Microelectronics, a subsidiary of Serial System Ltd, is a semiconductor and electronic components distributor with value-added design and application capability in the Asia Pacific region. We invite a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position:
Shipping Co-ordinator/Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Support Internal CSR department on their orders to customers
- Generate shipping invoices and booking with freight forwarders for outgoing shipments
- Generate AWBs for Courier Services.
- Generating report, inbound/outbound report whenever needed
- Support Logistics Manager on special project/Audits as & when needed
- Filing of records for logistics department
- Liaise closely with warehouse, internal cross function departments, store and suppliers/contractors
- Involve in warehouse annual stock take activity
- All SG warehouse and administrative related matters
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of logistics related experience
- Minimum GCE O level or SPM Form4
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferably With SAP knowledge
- Good working attitude with a can-do mindset
- Sense of urgency
- Fast learner and willing to learn
