Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages through various channels (email, chat, social media).
- Create and schedule engaging posts on social media platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Perform simple tasks to support smooth platform transactions, such as troubleshooting basic issues and solving them via a provided web interface.
- Monitor platform transactions to ensure they are completed successfully and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
