The Job:
- Work actively on all stages of execution of Corporate Advisory and M&A transactions including investments, joint ventures and divestitures
- Apply financial modeling and typical valuation methodologies
- Conduct research and analysis on various companies and geographies including market assessment and competitive positioning
- Evaluate and succinctly combine all data into internal pitch and approval documents to management
- Conduct due diligence and support deal structuring, negotiations of transaction documents and completion procedures
- Support equity and debt fundraising processes
Salary Range: $8,000 to $10,000
