Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Marketing cum Customer Service Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to distribute marketing leads and provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries. The ideal candidate must be able to work half-days on weekends and have one weekday off.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribution of Leads Generation
- Assigning leads in CRM system, maintaining accurate records of leads enquiry and requests
Customer Inquiry Management
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media platforms, emails and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Marketing
- Assisting marketing team in execution of marketing campaigns
Weekend Availability:
- Work half-days on weekends to accommodate customer inquiries and engagement.
- Take one weekday off as scheduled, ensuring coverage during peak business hours.
Requirement:
- Prior experience in marketing, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work half-days on weekends and have one weekday off.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A diploma in Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
