- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Team Leaders to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities with input from Team Leaders / Field Assistant(s) to form strategic decisions together with Operations Manager.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively with input from each Team Leaders to meet operational objectives. Oversee shop-front merchandising, inventory and supply chain logistics with collaboration from Team Leaders & Field Assistant(s).
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) with inputs from Team Leaders / Field Assistant(s) to track operational excellence. Analyze data together with the Team Leaders to identify trends and areas for improvement and report to Operations Manager
- Secure prominent secondary display such as Roadshow, Pallets/ GEs as per target set by KAMs with given allocated investment fund.
- Achieving Monthly Targets: Work closely with Key Account Manager(s) / Team Leaders to break down annual goals into monthly targets.
- Monitor works process towards achieving monthly target and set chains strategies as needed as a team. Conduct regular meetings with team leaders / Field Assistants to review performance against monthly targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement action plans with inputs from the stakeholders to ensure monthly targets are achieved. Provide support and resources to Key Account Manager(s) / Team Leaders to overcome challenges and meet monthly goals.
- Customer Satisfaction: 1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by collaboration with Team Leaders to deliver quality products and services.
2. Address customer complaints / voices and feedback with inputs from Team Leaders / Field Assistant(s) to improve operational processes.
