We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of our products to provide outstanding customer service. This role involves a variety of tasks, including assisting customers with product recommendations, managing after-sales services, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recommendation of Products: Provide expert advice and recommendations on bathroom and kitchen products, ensuring a clear understanding of product features and characteristics to meet customer needs.
- After Sales Admin: Issue orders and arrange deliveries efficiently, ensuring all administrative tasks related to sales are completed accurately and promptly.
- Facilitation of After Sales Service: Coordinate and manage after-sales service requests, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction with purchased products.
- Storefront Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the storefront, creating an inviting and aesthetically pleasing shopping environment for customers.
- Inventory Count: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels, reporting any discrepancies to the relevant department for corrective action.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' / 'N' Level Certification, Diploma Holders welcome to apply
- Basic communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Willingness to work hard and keen learning attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus.
