Job Scope
- Ensure upkeep of counter inventory
- Handle Basic administrative tasks (Data entry, Documentation)
- Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter
- Maintain neat and professional look of the reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services and local mails
Requirements
- Experience Financial institution industry is a must
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Have a positive attitude, pleasant personality, and a team player
- Be on departmental standby roster and be present for duty when required
