Currently, we are sourcing for Business Analyst with experience in implementation and supporting SalesForce platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Requirements gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and defining solution scope.
2. Solution design: Designing and proposing solutions that meet business needs, using Salesforce features and best practices.
3. Configuration and development: Configuring and customizing Salesforce environments, including data modeling, workflow, and integration.
4. Testing and quality assurance: Ensuring solutions meet requirements and are free of defects.
5. Deployment and maintenance: Deploying solutions to production and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
6. User adoption and training: Ensuring end-user adoption and providing training and support as needed.
7. Reporting and analytics: Defining and building reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
8. Process improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
1. The Business Analyst shall have at least a Diploma, with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
2. The Business Analyst shall be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent. Business Analysts who graduated from Business School, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other Engineering discipline would be advantageous.
ii. The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
iii. The Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101)
