Job Description:
· Formulate marketing plans for assigned product portfolio in Ethical & OTC channels
· Review and manage sales forecast
· Execute plans to create market demand at end-user level
· Analyse and forecast market trends and potential for business growth
· Develop and review marketing activities to increase growth opportunities in the business
· Build strong engagement and relationships with KOLs
· Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to meet their needs
· Keep up to date with competitors’ activities and market knowledge
· Organize physical and online events eg. webinar series, medical conferences, and digital activities.
· Maintain a good understanding of clinical data and literature relevant to the product.
· Maintain marketing collaterals and facilitate sharing with channel partners
· Develop training materials to constantly update clinical and market data
· Provide training and support sales teams with product knowledge and detailing tools
· Consistent field personnel training, coaching, and feedback
• Organize and support marketing activities for sales team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy or Life Sciences
• At least 1 year marketing experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills
• A team player coupled with creativity & resourcefulness
• Experience in social media marketing will be an added advantage
• Self-Motivated and Independent
