- Liasson personnel between company and Suppliers and Customers in meeting their expectation and logistics services support.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate internal for action and resolution.
- Timely update in SAP system on the goods receipt and goods issuance and communicate with customer on logistic arrangement for timely delivery.
- Arrange and follow up with 3rd Party Transporter on goods delivery and collection.
- Ensure all bulk chemicals ordering/supplies/stock inventory is within the permitted quantity on weekly basis.
- Capacity planning for logistic resources in transportation
- All relevant document filing, mailing, and uploading to customer web portal.
- Update and compile logistic related report.
- Ensuring that current statutory legislation on import/export, transportation/shipment of dangerous goods, Safety, storage, custom and excise procedures, and environmental requirements are always adhered to.
- Support on KPI report and continuous improvement report
- Provide administrative support to operation department.
- Support on cycle count activities and track and monitor inventory accuracy in warehouse.
- SAP knowledge and skill is required.
- Handling any ad hoc assignment as and when required.
