A postdoctoral associate position is open at the SUTD Joel Yang lab. The lab is seeking a candidate to spearhead the project on high-dimensional structured light for information security applications. The objective is to devise methods for post-quantum encryption using cutting-edge photonics, such as employing various degrees of freedom to encode information in different properties of light, aiming for potentially impregnable security in optical communication.
Candidates with experience in optical design, especially orbital angular momentum, nanofabrication, and optoelectronic device fabrication, are encouraged to apply.
