Job Description
- Coordinate and assist in the daily operation of the building's services including plumbing, carpentry, painting, ironmongery works, mansory works, etc.
- Carry out all planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspections of all building facilities.
- Perform weekly checks on all piping systems including insulation works and grease traps, oil interceptors, water tanks and report on its condition.
- Attend to tenants'complaints (including minor M&E works).
- Assist in the supervision of contractors in their execution of maintenance work.
Requirements
- NITEC in Building Services
- Minimum 2 years'experience in builders and plumbing services
- Able to do shift work
