Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, relevant authorities and subcontractor on all project aspects.
- Provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.
- Prepare and submit method statements and other technical proposals.
- Interpret construction drawing and rise up request for information (RFI) and clarification on the discrepancy between drawing, specification and BQ.
- Prepare material schedule, monitor material ordering and delivery.
- Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works programme and produce short term works plans.
- Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained.
- Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program.
- To manage the site activities such as - Planning and supervising the construction of the road and drain works. - Monitor the progress of the works
- Any other duties assigned by the site management team.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in civil and construction environment
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Familiar with relevant government agency documentation and application.
