Human Resources Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented HR candidate to managing day-to-day HR activities in a Singapore-based SME. Tasks include recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, and HR documentation maintenance. Support HR Manager in various HR initiatives. Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and promote a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for job posting, screen resumes, applications, interview and access candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers/director.
- Staff onboarding process, including preparing new hire orientation documentation and assist in orientations process, such as timesheet training, leave applications, and server accessibility etc.
- Handle routine HR inquiries from employees.
- Create and maintain up-to-date employee’s records, including leave records, and attendance records.
- Generate HR reports when requested by the management/accounts department.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, memos, and reports.
- Responsible for work pass applications, renewal, and cancellation.
- Responsible for foreign worker’s insurance and security bond related matters.
- Responsible for government paid leave such as childcare claim, NS claim, and maternity claim.
- Responsible for government/MOM related survey.
- Responsible for HR audits and compliance reporting.
- Responsible in verifying monthly staff claim, medical records, OT & timesheet.
- Responsible for monthly payroll and CPF submission.
- Assist in yearly IR8A processing to auto inclusive.
- Proceed with IR21 submission while foreign worker resigns.
- Develop, implement, update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliances with Singapore labour laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to read and write in English and Mandarin.
- Familiar with Taiwan and Malaysia sub entity will be an added advantage.
- Singapore Citizen or SPR only.
