To perform troubleshooting works and supervise maintenance works by contractors
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

2.1 Company Policy
a. To comply with CAFHI’s company policies, Code of Ethics and JIG Business principles
2.2 Health Safety Security & Environment
a. Compliance to the Safety Management System towards Key Performance Indicators established
b. Participate in review of Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure
c. To perform the role of a Front-Line Supervisor in the Loss Prevention System for in-house contractor
2.3 Maintenance
a. Assist Engineer in planning and maintaining electrical systems and instrumentations in CAFHI terminal and Jetty.
b. As Person-in-Charge (PIC) for contractors’ works; by ensuring maintenance works being executed safely and in accordance with requirements.
c. Keep track of PM servicing schedule of electrical equipment and coordinate with contractors, vendors to perform the PM servicing as required.
d. Following up with Contract/ Term Electricians in faults troubleshooting and general electrical maintenance according to the monthly checklist.
e. To provide technical support / assistance including fault diagnosis in close coordination with maintenance team and Operation team
f. Initiates follow-up corrective action to ensure continues safe and reliable terminal operation.
g. Ensures the safety risk assessments for all maintenance tasks are in place and follows this risk assessment during maintenance work.
h. Required to attend to emergency breakdown calls related to the electrical systems failure during office and off-office hours.
i. Familiar with Ex-Proof Electrical installation in hazardous environments.
j. Assist in documents filling and record keeping.
k. Any other duties as assigned.

Educational / Professional Qualifications And Experience
· Preferably with at least 3 years experience in Terminal / Oil & Gas industry
· Class 3 driving license
· Familiar with ENRAF Tank Gauging System, YOKOGAWA DCS Control System, Rotork Actuator, UPS system will be added advantage.
· Adequate experience in field instruments calibration and maintenance.
· Diploma/Nitec in Electrical & Electronics or Instrumentation & Control Engineering. Candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
