Coordinate with cross-functional department such as Production, Procurement, Quality and Logistics to ensure material released and available for production orders.
Ensure PO issued timely for required on time delivery to site, resolve supplier service level and invoice issues.
Responsible for inventory coverage management, optimization to reduce obsolescence.
Support new product launches by reviewing all available information to determine what to buy, when and in what quantity.
Support annual materials planning and budgeting.
Monitor delivery lead-time and leading indicators to support materials availability, optimal coverage, obsolescence.
Ensures line of sight and visibility to Procurement Annual Strategic Buying Plan and Pricing, management of suppliers and ensuring reliable supply.
Ensure all SOPs assigned are up to date and optimizing business processes and comply to Good Manufacturing Processes and in alignment to corporate standard.
Support documentation and administrative works.
