Job Description
1. Develop marketing strategies and activities based on business strategy and objectives to achieve annual sales targets
2. Develop brand plans for key products
3. Manage and keep track of sales and marketing activities and provide learnings from past campaigns for future campaign improvements
4. Prepare product forecasts and constantly monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal supply
5. Manage Hospital Tender and coverage of hospital KOLs
6. Manage new product launches, including product launch plans, roll-out timings, sample preparations (where applicable), display standards, etc.
7. Monitor and analyse sales trends and recommend marketing activities to achieve sales targets
8. Manage market research to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions
9. Conduct product training to equip sales team with the necessary technical expertise to sell the products
10. Sales team motivation and leading
11. Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with Client
12. Act as the first point of reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues to address any issues that may arise
13. Any other adhoc tasks and duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in any field,
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales /marketing of 3- 5 years preferably in the dermatology therapeutic area
- Experience in covering GPs/Private Specialist and Hospitals
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.
