Contract Period: 1 Jul 2024 to 30 Jun 2025 with option to extend for another year
Working hours:
* Mondays to Thurdays: 7.30am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
* Fridays: 7.30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
* Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
1) Collaborate with external partners and manage after-school programmes where
he/she will assist in the attendance and overall discipline of the group of
students,
2) Assist Assistant Year Head (AYH) in charge with designing customised daily
after-school programmes with prospective partners for segmented groups of high
needs (HN) students to motivate and engage them to attend school,
3) Keep close monitoring on specific information of individual HN students during
and after school,
4) Assist in the organising Learning Journey for HN students with AYH in charge;
and
5) Provide support to administrative operations and carry out any other tasks/duties
assigned by Administration Manager & School Leaders.
Qualification, Skill & Experience
1) At least GCE ‘O’ Level or the Equivalence.
2) At least 2 years working experience in primary schools as educator or teaching
support staff.
3) Able to monitor and manage students in completing their tasks on hand.
4) Has good communication skills and can work well with students.
5) Must be strong in administrative tasks like keeping records and filing
