KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arranges break-fix, planned work and unplanned work with the customers according to the issued work orders in the SAP CRM.
- Fills up the technician's schedule to achieve higher optimization of the field service force.
- Synchronizes on-site service events with products and parts deliveries though liaising with technician and warehouse personnel.
- Arranges installation work according to customer's preferred schedule and availability of the field service technician.
- Liaises with customer on confirmation of appointment, timing of visits and deliveries. Initiate rescheduling whenever necessary.
- Liaises with Field Team Leaders in managing short term work plan for projects or technician's off-site technical matters.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum qualification a vocational certificate in engineering field.
- A team player, meticulous and organized.
- Experienced in scheduling/planning off site work would be an advantage.
