Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth and expansion for our mobile games publishing company based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry, strong strategic planning skills, and a proven track record in business development and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with game developers, distribution platforms, and other key stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Revenue Generation: Drive the acquisition of new business deals and revenue streams, aligning with the company's growth objectives and targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with industry leaders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and growth initiatives to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or a similar role, with at least 3 years in the mobile gaming or technology industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, including trends, key players, and emerging opportunities.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business growth strategies.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing business deals and partnerships.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Education: Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
