Working for large systems integrator , you will be responsible for managing IT contract related matters with regards to outsourcing contract as well as project related service contracts.
Roles
- overall responsible for all IT contract matters
- engage legal and technology team to prepare and review new or existing contracts
- Working with stakeholders to understand specific requirements and ensure those requirements are captured in the contract
- Involve in contract negotiation
- Reviewing contract renewal and liasing with various vendors on revision on contract terms
- Assist in maintaining central contract registry
- Discussing contractual issues or matters with management team
- Involved in vendor selection, management, vendor review
- Attend to various inquiries from vendors
- Vendor management relationship
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with min 5 years of experience in IT procurement or IT contract and vendor management role
- Good knowledge in various IT topics including service agreement, service contract, project services, etc
- Experience working with vendors either from inhouse or from outsourcing company perspective
- Good knowledge of standards and best practices
- Good communication skills
