Job Details:
- Must be able to communicate in both Mandarin and English to accommodate our clients‘ needs.
- Have good communication skills to liaise with clients through phone calls/messages/emails and form good relationships with clients.
- Able to attend and set up events on venues.
- Able to reach out to potential vendors and collect payments on time.
- Create a reliable and planned schedule for upcoming events and venues.
- Capable to play as a team player and establish solid teamwork throughout the event proposal and during the event.
- Able to guide new team members.
Qualification:
- Diploma required
- At least 1 year of event management experience needed
Skills required:
- Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Interpersonal skills for liaising.
- Management & Communication skills.
