Job Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and meet targets for orders and revenue.
- Foster relationships with key customers, partners, and departments.
- Coordinate customer visits and events, and deliver corporate presentations.
- Develop and manage distribution channels, including generating new leads.
- Assess and present proposals to potential clients, and participate in sales negotiations.
- Create and implement action plans in collaboration with internal departments.
- Coordinate pre-sales activities and ensure follow-up after sales.
- Provide support for marketing initiatives such as e-commerce, exhibitions, and brochure development.
- Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and quotations in response to customers' RFQs and RFIs.
- Handle other marketing activities as required, and take on project leadership roles when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of sales & marketing experience, prefer candidate with manufacturing/semicon/surface finishing industry background
- Strong communication skills with customer and internal department focus
- Result oriented, motivated, resourceful and able to work independently
- Possess high sense of responsibilities & teamwork spirit; confidence & willingness to work efficiently under pressure
- Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license
- Able to travel to South East Asia and willing to attend seminar which related to surface finishing including local
