Responsibilities:
- Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues reported by Jira and Windchill users.
- Ensure the ongoing currency of Jira and Windchill through routine maintenance activities, continual system performance monitoring, and application of upgrades as needed.
- Review and approve user requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Offer training sessions and ongoing support for users of Jira and Windchill.
- Maintain and update procedures and work instructions related to Jira and Windchill applications.
- Uphold Jira and Windchill systems in alignment with MSPL’s standards and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any Science / Engineering discipline.
- Min 3 years of experience in a Jira & Windchill Administrator role or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, i.e, Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
- Independent and initiative to develop and drive continuous improvement programs.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, and take proactive measures to prevent or resolve issues
- Perform regular backups of Jira & Windchill data
