Responsibilities:
Security Trade Control (Export Control)
- Formulate and revise the Internal Control Program for security trade control.
- Oversee general security trade control management throughout the company.
- Provide information, instructions, liaison, and requirements related to security trade control.
- Manage export control processes in SAP, including material legal control confirmation and material control flag/unflag processes.
- Manage the end-user list notification and verification follow-up as needed.
- Submit reports on related topics to Headquarters.
- Conduct periodic export control training.
- Provide guidance and assistance to subsidiaries and affiliates, including support and audits when necessary.
Legal Matters
- Review and manage contracts.
- Conduct legal training for business units.
- Manage legal disputes.
- Handle compliance issues, including data privacy, anti-bribery, and anti-trust.
- Conduct legal audits.
- Manage internal rules.
- Address legal issues for subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Handle other compliance matters as applicable.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in legal field, international business, business administration, supply chain management, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in trade compliance.
- Experience working in law firms or as an in-house legal professional, with a focus on business contract review and management.
- Ability to multi-task and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
