· Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, faxing, copying and printing
· Issue PO and handle freight related documents
· Handle phone and email enquiries and orders from customers
· Placing orders with suppliers
· Liase with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries and related queries
· Maintain basic office cleanliness
· Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
